Payment Terms
You can pay the total booking amount at any time via PayPal or bank transfer, or upon arrival in cash or by debit/credit card.
Baby Cots
We are happy to provide you with a baby cot or high chair for a small additional fee.
Cancellation Policies
You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival, you will pay an amount equal to 50% of the total price. 7 days before arrival, you will pay an amount equal to 75%. In case of no-show on the arrival day until 10 PM, you will pay the total price. Individual cancellation agreements are possible at any time for an additional fee. Please call before booking.
Minimum Stay
We have a minimum stay of 2 nights, and in our family apartment Sailhouse, 3 nights.

Non smoking
All FUNCKYHOME apartments are non-smoking apartments. Even smoking with the window open is not allowed. Please note our terms and conditions.
Rest periods
Consideration for the neighbors: Rest periods between 22:00 and 8:00. Events or parties on request.
Arrival and departure
Check-in from 3:00 pm , check-out no later than 11:00 am, 10:30 am in the Main-Saison. Please note our terms and conditions.
Pets
Dogs on request and for a fee.
