Payment
A 25% deposit is required after booking. The total price of the reservation must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival, either by bank transfer or Paypal.
Cots
We are happy to provide you with a cot.
Cancellation
Policy Up to 30 days before arrival, guests can cancel free of charge. The guest pays in case of cancellation in the 30 days prior to arrival an amount equal to the total price. If the guest does not arrive, he pays an amount equal to the total price.
Minimum
We have a minimum stay of 2 nights. Please note our discounts for longer stays.

All FUNCKYHOME apartments are non-smoking apartments. Even smoking with the window open is not allowed. Please note our terms and conditions.
Rest periods
Consideration for the neighbors: Rest periods between 22:00 and 8:00. Events or parties on request.
Arrival and departure
Check-in from 15:00, check-out no later than 11:00. Sunday no arrival. Please note our terms and conditions.
Pets
Dogs on request and for a fee.
